INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS
2 ripe mangoes
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup custard powder
3/4 cups room temp water
mix custard powder and water together
Process:
On a medium heat add pureed mangoes, sugar and custard powder mixture and keep stirring. Add about a teaspoon of ghee and continue stirring for approximately 10 minutes or until the mixture starts leaving the sides of pot.
Place parchment paper at the bottom of your dish and pour.
Allow to cool down and then remove from dish.
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top (Optional)
Cut into cubes and add any topping of your choice. I used cherries. You can use nuts, or simply omit any toppings. Chill and serve. Enjoyyyyyyyyy. Happy Cooking Lovies.
