Here is the recipe of Mango Ice Cream using fresh mangoes or mango pulp.
I have simplified it for you to make the ‘Bazaar Like’ ice cream at home, and made it easy to get the same taste and texture at home!

Recipe :
Mango Ice Cream
Preparation Time: 20 minutes + chilling time
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 ½ cup Milk
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Corn Flour
1 cup Fresh Cream
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1 cup Fresh Mango Puree
2 cup whipping cream, whipped
Method:
Bring to boil 2 cups of milk.
Add in the sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
Dissolve the corn flour in ½ cup milk and add the slurry to the milk. Simmer for a few minutes stirring continuously. Cook till the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon.
Add the fresh cream and the vanilla essence and mix.
Cool the mixture and add in the mango puree. mix in well. Remove the mixture to a large bowl and mix well using a whisk.
Fold in the whipped cream in two parts. Cover and refrigerate for 6- 8 hours.
Serve with fresh mango pieces.
