सामग्री :
कैरी २ किलो (बीज निकलने के बाद)
सरसों - १५० ग्राम
मेथी - ५० ग्राम
लहसुन किलयाँ - २०० ग्राम
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - ५०० ग्राम
नमक - २५० ग्राम
हल्दी - २ छोटी चमच
तिल का तेल - ७०० मिली लीटर
लहसुन किलयाँ - १५
Ingredients :
Raw Mango 2 Kg after de-seeding
Mustard - 150 grams
Fenugreek seeds - 50 grams
Garlic cloves - 200 grams
Red chilli powder - 500 grams
Salt - 250 grams (As per taste)
Turmeric 2 Tsp (Optional)
Sesame oil - 700 ml
Garlic cloves - 15
