it was predicted to be a hot day, so i knew this would be a good choice for dessert. replaced the raspberries for strawberries as i had a lot at home. it was a success with everyone, but for my surprise the big hit was the pistachio layers! one more great cake from your "repertoire" =D thank you very much for all of it!

Thank you for this beautiful recipe, it turned so delicious, one thing i would do different next time is to put more gelatin into mango layer, mine was still a bit melted after over night cooling in the fridge. Otherwise everyone was saying how fresh, rich in flavor and delicious this cake is.

Just subscribed ,so happy someone made a dessert that does not have cream cheese or sour cream in it ,hate the stuff !

My mousse cake didnt stick, when i removed from the mould it was runny. And i followed the same steps. I think the gelatine was a bit too little for me.

This is very similar with the Mango Raspberry Charlotte Russe made by Nadiya in The Great British Baking Show. Both look so good
