Hi i took a screenshot of the recipe last march and the cake flour is only 1 1/4 cups and now it is 2 3/4 cups. Will it affect the result of the cake??
question po.. i followed everything however hindi stable yung frosting is there specific time how long the cream cheese should be beaten and also the whipping cream??
Hi, cream cheese po should be at room temperature. You can add more powdered sugar if you want to make it more stable however mas tatamis yung frosting.
Nag bake ako today, bakit kaya lumiit yung cake dough sa pan. Then yung frosting na sinundan ko is hindi ng stiff peak. Can you answer this question po ? Nagtataka talaga ako. Nag playback speed level pa ako para talaga nasusundan ko yung procedure, but i think I fail your recepi. Pano nangyari yon ??
Hi Nika, so sorry to hear that. Make sure mo lng po na fully baked na yung chiffon cake. One reason then kasi minsan after ibake mei air na natrap inside kaya lumiliit yung cake. After baking, let the cake cool down for 5-10 mins. sa pan tapos unmold sa pan then cool completely sa wire rack. Re: FROSTING: Whipped cream cheese frosting tend to be on the lighter side and not as stable as SMBC/IMBC/ CMBC/ Boiled Icing. You can add more powdered sugar if you want to make it more stable but it will be sweeter. Hope that helps. 😊
Hi there, great recipe would like to try it this weekend for mothers day but I wanted to double check the cake flour. I did the conversion online and it says 10oZ cake flour equals to 2 3/4 cups. But yours says 1 1/4 cup, is this correct? Thank you.

hello, the mangoes didn’t change color. It may look a bit dry after a couple of hours in the fridge.You can use apricot glaze on top of the mango slices if you want to keep them shiny.
Pei Chiu Yes it is 1 1/4 cups of cake flour. Tip: DON’T open the oven door for the first 25 minutes of baking time. The cool air can come inside and cause your cake to shrink. Make sure baking powder / leavening agents are new/ not expired. Let me know if I can help you with anything else. 😊
Hi, yes it is pretty humid in the Philippines. It will be stable within a couple of hours at room temperature. The frosting will not melt in a box as long as it is stored in the refrigerator.
@@blackrosychicks2699 Hi, d ko na nilagyan ng simpe syrup or any glaze yung mangoes kasi ambilis nmen naubos ung cake hehehe 🤣🤣🤣, but you can brush some syrup or glaze if you’d like to preserve the color of the mangoes.

Hi, I’m so sorry to hear that. I would suggest for you to make sure your leavening agents (baking soda/ baking powder) are new and not expired. When you are folding the meringue (eggwhite batter) with the egg yolk batter, you need to be gentle so you will not deflate the beautiful meringue that you just made. Also, please do not open the oven doors for the first 25 minutes of the baking time. When you open the oven, hot air escapes and it leads to the cakes not rising properly or sinking in the middle. @@YSGKitcheneria all the ingredients were good, also definitely careful with folding coz I know what it does to the batter. 2nd time i made sure to really not open the oven for the whole 40mins. Still the same just a bit better than the first. It is probably a problem with the oven though, coz i think the oven door does not seal properly. Still taste great though. Thanks. Oh btw? Would this be goon on a sheet pan instead?
