Bats have a specialized digestive system that allow the seed to pass through. They are important in helping Mangoes disperse their seeds.

Yeah. Not sure about bat ponies, but actual bats don't eat any part of the fruit at all-they squeeze the pulp in their mouth to extract the juice then spit the pulp out.
