I’m not sure which one I used in the video, but if I were doing it again I’d probably use Red Star Cotes de Blanc.

@@SustainableDan When I made mango wine last I used alphonso mangos and I absolutely hated how it turned out. So dry. Some people said they could drink an entire bottle, but I just couldn't get behind it :(
