Beautiful video. Congratulations. Try another version. By boiling mango, it's nutrition is lost. Why not mix hung curd with fresh mango pulp and gives you heavenly taste mango curd.

What if we dont heat the mango pulp. And add it just like that after blending?

She has another channel in Bangla, where she said that it will do also, but only the doi won’t last longer, the heating is to extend the shelf life of the final product so that the mango doesn’t go rancid too soon! I think if you plan to eat the entire doi with your family and doesn’t plan to keep it in the fridge for long, not heating can also be okay.
