I hear this is the first and another classic adaptation of Hannibal Lector. I definitely need to give this a watch.

Red Dragon refers to the painting by William Blake The Great Red Dragon and the Woman Clothed with the Sun.

Yea they call it Manhunter instead of Red Dragon cause they thought Red Dragon would be a kung fu movie

If you liked this one, you'll probably like silence of the lambs. Hannibal was based on a novel released in 1999, eleven years after the previous novel.

Great review Fabio as always. I love Manhunter. Michael Mann is a great director.
