Idk much about this but I sure do know is that manifesting is important, I always manifest and maybe that is why I get results faster. I agree that sometimes you see no change at all but that doesn’t mean others won’t notice any change. You just have to be positive, manifest and listen every day. I noticed this on myself cuz I am not insecure ab my body but I constantly think ab how I do not like the way my face looks. I think the key to this is that when you think ab changing reality, think ab changing the 4D and not the 3D. @@nimishasorout525 actually subliminals are audios for setting up your mindset easier. they hide the affirmations in a low volume to the sub and your mindset accept them as reality. example, if you say "i will become ill because i went to a cold place" many times and if you rlly believe it, youll get cold. and subliminals are like you dont say the things you want,your mindset hear them and accept it as reality. imagine like this is the positive and wanted version of this situation which i exampled.

So basically start from kottie, beijin cafe, vetala, v1per, eggtopia, sttalys nd by time you will come to know which subs of others are safe nd which not like by comments nd all. All subs are good until they have negative affs nd comments mostly always point em out. You can also go for bundles which means bundling many subs of a particular topic, they're like mostly used in emergency lol. I always check the comments before listening to a subliminal (from a good and famous channel ) and there are comments about praising and worshiping the subliminal and I scroll down till I see I negative comment but I don’t😭that means that subliminal contains no negativity? And one more thing, when I am listening to subliminals and reading the comments I see people getting results from a SINGLE USE AND SOMETIMES EVEN FROM A 20-30 SECONDS SUBLIMINAL whereas I haven’t gotten till now despite listening to them numerous times while visualizing my future self that I want to become and drinking plenty of waters!
