There are a lot of good officers out there. Just because some videos portray them in a bad light or there are some bad officers doesn’t make them all bad.
It’s only because it’s about some worker. It’s not a problem for cops to cuff some random citizen - an auditor or facility worker. But if that was a judge or major or even city clerk - I’m really doubtful about they’re doing the same thing 😂
Burbank police specifically have had 3 viral audit videos that have painted them in a bad picture. I like to hope the officers we see in this video are trying to have a better connection with the community than their predecessors
Here’s proof the auditing community is making a difference. Hats off to the local law-enforcement in this video they should be the poster child of law-enforcement in America. Thank you for the great video.
@@RaulDukeKnife Yep! That the face of “I messed up and just lost my job, putting myself, family, and company at risk”. For what? Trying to be a tough guy over a couple kids video recording. What an idiot. Enjoy jail buddy. Bald head milk dud.
@Frauditor Follies why is that? He's actually the only one in this video that broke the law. Do you just want to see people get arrested that you don't like or agree with? That much hate will rub off on others around you, it's just unhealthy.
99 times out of 100 you got some darker dude refusing to be cuffed … look how easily whitey got arrested….no argument, no resistance…. No acting like a fking animal
@Bobby T if you think exercising your rights is trolling then I feel bad for you. You must not have served in the military or have family that has served because if you did you wouldn’t be saying this. As someone that fought for the constitution of the United States I’m happy to see guys like this fighting for our rights. Your mind will for sure change when you get your rights violated and taken away from you in the future
@@Cloudy_Days. Provoked?? He is a grown man and should be able to control his own actions. No one made him walk across the parking lot and break another man's property. If anything, he was the child here. Wait... Are you the guy that was arrested? You mad? 🤣
i gotta tell the cops too - would they be ok if some boomer gets handsy with their teenage kid tomorrow because he was recording on the street? Imagine how he acts in other cases. get him a criminal record, scare him straight. next time he gets handsy remember that he is 60 and his bones easily break.
True, it seems that it's pretty much just the criminals that have a problem with being filmed, if you are truly innocent you wouldn't be afraid of being recorded!! Professional Burbank Police Department for sure!!
@@oldwolf1928 ofcourse, then throw hissy fits when things don't go their way. Nothing more satisfying than watching these lazy people getting arrested.
Thank you!!! Finally some real accountability! Sick and tired of auditors who don't,as all they do is get clicks and don't follow through leaving that person feeling entitled to do it again to others! Again thank you
HELL YEAH! Give it up for Burbank PD!! This is the very FIRST 1A Audit I have seen where the attacker of a 1A got arrested. I have seen hundreds of 1A videos. But this is the first one that actually got taken away in cuffs after assaulting a 1A auditor! It's about F-N time! I want to see more cops actually uphold the law like the Burbank PD did!!! YES!
Guys, give the owner a break. He is not responsible for employees acting foolish. He ran out and gave you his card right away, he didn't interfere or try to talk the cops out of it, he was professional as well.
Damn straight. The owner has the integrity his employees are lacking. I bet he had a kid that got into trouble a lot. My friend's dad was just like him because his son was a doofus who couldn't behave.
The owner gave out his card so he could pay for any damage to your equipment. I'm sure he wants to avoid any bad publicity. He was being a responsible businessman.
As an employer I will not tolerate this type of behavior from my employees. There was no grounds to destroy anyone’s property. He needs to go to unemployment line.
Out Freaking Standing, FINALLY! Someone who attacks one of Our auditors is held accountable and arrested. Utmost respect and props to the Officers, they are a credit to they're department.
This was brilliant! I've watched auditing for years and I have NEVER seen anyone other than the auditor get arrested, those officers were fantastic they took the aggressor! Awesome video 👍from Scotland UK
An audit video where the cops respect the law and the auditors and then arrest the guilty party, all in one 20 minute video? Damn!!! Never seen it before, may never see it again, thanks for sharing guys. Stay safe.
Sorry to hear that.. I guess it depends on where you live. Some states are worse than others. Although good cops are becoming rare these days, they still exist.
The restraint he had when his camera got broke. Nice job but I could see you thought about it hard because you could have defended yourself bro Good video guys
Thankyou Burbank PD for displaying exemplary professionalism. And thankyou to the Auditors for being punching bags to ensure the laws are being followed.
I wish more folks would see these videos. It's nice to see 1A content that doesn't make cops look bad. The majority of them are people just like you. These cops did textbook work on a very strange call, with obvious interest. Hats off to the good guys.
Burbank PD is what Professionalism is all about, To Serve and Protect. They came and saw, and did the right thing. Shout out to the Fire Dept EMT's. Protecting our Constitutional Rights as Americans and our Safety from Bullies and Tyrants who think they know the law. Great Job Riverside in staying on point with the assault and damages.
The owner Jimmy Fisher is a Hollywood legend. Nearly every camera in Hollywood is sitting on his camera dollies. Jimmy is a super chill dude. He would never condone what that guy did. I'm sure he's been fired.
Kudos to you guys for not instantly reacting when he broke your equipment. A lot of people would have immediately clocked the guy without thinking first, and then they would have went to jail too. Good job keeping your composure!
@@MightyYoungSir self-defense?? That would not be self-defense. That would be retaliation, which is against the law. It’s ridiculous, but it’s against the law.
If I were the auditor, I would look into this individuals, potential, criminal history. He stated during the assault “I wanted to see your face”that can be interpreted as wanting to identify the auditor so that he could retaliate. Given how easily the bold actions of the individual were performed, you might want to verify what kind of criminal history he may have.
Showing an uncut (mostly) interaction where the police actually do their job 100% right when a 1A auditor get assaulted...? You just earned a like and sub with ALL notifications!
remember when KC got manhandled and put in a bear hug by that old grandpa and couldn’t get away, I fell off my chair from laughing so hard, one of the greatest moments in auditor history
He’s really such a wimp he needs to learn to defend himself. I don’t understand why he doesn’t keep a hand on his spray when people are approaching like that. Auditors need to stay ready
Yep. That will provide evidence that he was physically injured, and he'll get 5 times more money in the settlement from the folks who insure the business that guy was working for when he attacked a stranger.
@@codyramos3200 it's a criminal and a civil matter, that's why the guy was arrested, and since he was being paid and on the business premises when he decided to confront someone in the street, the business will be held responsible. I didn't learn this stuff on the internet like you think you did. I learned it at the UT Knoxville College of Law. A quick glance at your comments indicts and convicts you of maybe having a GED, but I doubt it.
I imagine this guy has done a lot worse if he can come up to strangers and act this way. It’s totally unacceptable. Imagine what he does behind closed doors.
@@theskyybay420 - Interesting comment. Skyy Bay. Interesting comment, indeed. Are you lonely? Do you play with yourself? Do you have any other hobbies that are not porn related, buddy? I recommend you start working out. One step at a time, bud. Everything is gonna be alright. I’m rooting for you.
@@letmetellyousomethin9410 4sure, I'm just messin around with ya. LOL! Why would that idiot go out there and record them back, only to trigger himself EVEN more and catch himself an assault charge? If there is anyone waiting for him at home, I sure feel sorry 4 them.
These officers need to head a nationwide police training campaign on dos and don'ts when interacting with the public. They were even cordial to the guy they arrested.
He's SO LUCKY that he didn't go to jail with an agonizingly hot, peppery [and blue] face... 🌶 Dude coulda got blasted when he stepped toward River right after assaulting KC...💯
WOW! Those are some of the best officers I have ever seen. Thay came out and did their jobs respectfully and diligently. Proud to pay for that kind of service. As for the "criminal" I am at a loss for words... Some people are so aggressive for absolutely no reason. He learned today that you can't just walk up and put hands on someone or their property because you don't like what they are doing. Great job RCA!
Got to be honest, real talk. This is honestly the best auditing video I've ever seen! This is why auditing needs to be done! Cops actually upholding their oath and not only doing their job, but doing it professionally! Great job! Thumbs up and a sub!!!!!
You guys are stupid ice pack for what ? Wasting the fire department time when they can be going out to more urgent calls. They end up coming to this idiot.
about freaking time the cops do their job and arrest the right person during these audits. all the hard work finally payed off, hope to see more of the same justice in the future boys. stay safe
