Along with " common people" and "there is a light that never goes out" in my opinion 3 of the greatest emotional anthems of all time. Always gets me crying, magnificent.

You're spot on comparing it to those two songs. They're all huge anthems but also poignant and reflective. It takes a special kind of songwriting ability to create something like that.

Let’s get perspective , common people is a comedy song. That doesn’t relate to eternal struggle at all. It’s a fun song by a bloke who has no idea of working class, just thinks he does
