Thank you so much, this is unbelievably helpful. I’ve been biting my nails since I was a very little kid and randomly outgrew the habit over the summer. I was planning to go to a salon and have them cut and shape them so I can just keep up on them, but this is definitely more helpful (even though it does take some time). I have a file very similar to yours, but have read that a glass file is supposed to be the best to use, do you recommend? And do you use it the same as the metal one?

hallo, you could do a video about skincare or handcare. it might be, that women are more interested, to have ideas for their husbands or partners. but then again, probably a lot of men are interested too
Funny Girl I have a tip: avoid most "men's" skincare. It tends to be really harsh, have toxic chemicals, and often have fragrance which harms the skin. You can find gentle drugstore "women's" skincare, though the overall cost is more.
I recently made a promise to myself to stop biting my nails. I don’t even wanna know how many hours of my life I spend wasting time on this terrible habit, but I’m over a week in and they’re looking better but they need a proper cleaning. Can’t wait till my cleaning kit comes :)
I see this is an older video, but I picked up some valuable pointers. Also, I bought a similar grooming kit from Germany a few years ago, and highly recommend it. A big step up from drugstore nail clippers, and would make a great gift.

I'm not a guy, im not an "adult" either. But I needed these tips, since I was never taught throughout my (which is, now looking back, very sad) childhood how to groom myself.... especially my nails. It's bad, but I constantly seek for a parental figure online, you are one of them.
