Ok what am I doing wrong? People always talk about how they cried and felt so emotional during these meditations. I've never had that happen after hundreds of hours of meditation. Is there something I'm missing?

My SP and I split 10 years ago (over a misunderstanding) and didn't speak until we met randomly in a bar last summer. I wasn't even speaking to her but she made a ballsy move by coming over and asking to join me, I was reluctant at first but we hit it off so well (after so long!!) and talked for hours about everything - including how upset we'd been when we broke up and how much we'd missed each other. Long story short - she eventually kissed me unexpectedly and we spent the night together. After that I was left in silence for months (I didn't have her number - she had mine) until I contacted her via soc media. She apologised and told me she'd got back with an ex shortly after we met. So after being drawn back into her life and reawakening all those old feelings I was left completely heartbroken in the end. I told her how I felt about her, and left it at that. And I still miss her.. I got completely turned around that night and I can't put the genie back in the bottle. I just think maybe she got scared of getting hurt again and retreated. And I wasn't sure if I bought the story about the ex.. it was a bit convenient and a good way to shut down the conversation quickly, put it that way. I know the feelings between us were real when we last met, we were on the same page and I knew in my bones that she was exactly where she wanted to be with the person she wanted to be with. So I've been giving manifesting a try, I know reality won't need too much of a tweak to get things moving between us again. While I'm here, has anyone else got any stories more complicated than my own? Mine is certainly a doozy. 😛

Emma Lee I didn’t do that intentionally. I just was in flow & it came out that way. You can also very easily take what I did in this meditation and sculpt it to your preference/situation. In Essence, everyone has to do that anyway since only each individual can know their specific preferences... those are always going to be unique to each relationship. . I support & try to serve all people in all types of relationship scenarios. And honestly, I find it a little disappointing to receive criticism like this when I offer/giveaway so much priceless guidance for free... to you and everyone else. I find it flat out rude.

What!! My comment was definitely not rude and I'm sorry and confused as to why you took it that way. There was no malice in my suggestion what-so-ever. I said I was excited for your video, how much I love your channel and did not say anything rude or injust. I then simply asked you if you could make a video/meditation aimed for gay people. Nothing rude in that. I appreciate that you offer a lot for free I haven't personally used any of the freebies but it's great that you do this. I also appreciate that you have a good grasp on Neville, some RU-vid channels don't, you really do. I'm not sure why you have responded in such a defensive manner to a request. You said the meditation came out that way because you were in flow, well exactly my point, if you make a video now specifically for gay people that wouldn't happen because you would have prepared what to say and would be in a different flow. I wasn't rude, I'm not a rude person and I'm saddened that you responded like that. If anything my tone was of slight disappointment and then my aim was to alleviate that by requesting what I (and many others) thought the meditation actually was.

Emma Lee if you watched this video, you have used my freebies... as all my videos are free content that I offer our daily. I think I took the “please shelly shake it up a bit” to be rude... it just felt like you were saying “do it another way... this isn’t good enough,” which yes, doesn’t feel good to receive, given that my intention really is to help everyone. I truly do honor all relationship types & will totally do a gender neutral meditation in the future, as that’s the easiest way to reach everyone.
