Hello Amit ji. I am completely into Law of attraction. Its magical. I have been manifesting lots of things for many years, even when I was not aware of this. Now I when I have come to know, i have started enjoying the process. 😊
By that logic, if you get any negative or unwanted thoughts.. your brain starts give meaning to it or you'll be like "what if it has meaning or it would be manifested etc" then probably it does affects a person's mental health because thoughts are just thoughts with no meaning. When we start give meanings to negative feelings and thoughts, we'll get trapped into depression and other mental health issues. So don't give meaning to your thoughts, thoughts are thoughts.
