Wow ok usually I don't like meditation, my brain can't focus for that long, but something about this one really felt calming and soothing. 10 minutes felt like 5.

I was right there where I know I'm headed...

I would call this more of a visualization meditation. Which can be great if that is what you want. If you are looking to ground yourself in a more present time and just be in that moment (not walking up a mental staircase and thinking) then this is not so much what you are looking for...lots of words to take in.

I’m pretty new to meditating. And I’ve done others but this one really made me feel very overwhelmed with emotion. More so emotions of happiness to know that I can obtain those goals I’ll trying to reach, as well as a feeling of sadness-not so sure why. Is it normal to feel very emotional throughout meditations? I enjoyed it very much! And will be doing this one again! Overall it left me with a sense of peace and comfort. 🙏🏾

I found an amazing one that I used every day. Her visualizations were stunning and uncannily easy to apply. Then, this past month, when I started back up again, I couldn't find any of her content... I never comment but I am so emotional right now. I’m really bad at visualizing during meditation, I can so rarely do it and usually my mind is all over the place with my ADD. But this was crystal clear, and I have never been impacted by a meditation so physically in my gut and heart. This is beautiful and I will be returning again and again, if only to feel that way again. Hope it works, because damn.
