After a day of exploring the all the great eateries in Manila and experiencing the luscious bone marrow bulalo; a delicious traditional beef soup, I had to take a bit of a rest. It's easy to indulge in too much food especially in a place like Manila with all the street food from skewers, sisig and all good things pork... and it's an incredible deal.
And after a short rest, night has fallen and looking around me, this reminds me so much of Vegas, with the lights, resorts, casinos, and of course, the buffets! I'm excited to a modest buffet, but even a modest buffet in the Philippines is a 5-star buffet so no complaints here! This is an international buffet featuring dishes from many cultures, but they also showcase one culture for a period of time. This current offering happens to focus on Indian cuisine!
