In a plea seeking army action in the State of Manipur, the Supreme Court has made an active effort to seek constructive suggestions by the petitioners, to aid relief efforts and to bring normalcy to the region. The hearing comes after long drawn efforts to high light violence, and the Supreme Courts deliberate attempts to not platform any statements that may further escalate the violence. The BJPians on the one hand are opposed to reservation and on the other hand suddenly want to include a community in to ST category, apparently for vote bank politics. And SC doesn't want to question the handling of law and order in Manipur even though more than hundreds of lives have been lost. On the other hand there is a HC which has taken over the administration and conduct of local bodies elections in a state. Is this how justice delivered in our country. Very sickening.

The Judges of the Manipur High Court,who pass the ST demand of the Metei is the main culprit.That particular Judge who is acting beyond his jurisdiction must be punish.The High Court of Manipur also should come again under the Gauhati High Court,as Manipur is not fit to have High Court of its own,misused of High Court can again happen in the future.

Fighting in Manipur is going on between the two factions kukis and Maitres between Christians and non Christians between locals and non locals between two different political parties and supporters of Communists and invaders from neighbouring states and for a no. of reasons. Hence there is a distant light of peace ultimately people have to live with it.
