Вот и делайте вывод, что раз колонки на учете и за пользование водой берут плату с населения. Значит население стоит на регистрационном учете. И почта в деревне есть. @@user-sm4ci7id3m эти колонки имеют порядковые номера. Воду в такие колонки подвело государство. С владельцев колонки за пользование водой берут плату. Поэтому эти колонки имеют кран. Вода бесконтрольно не льется.

MY thoughts exactly. It looked looked like the grandmother was trying to breastfeed the baby towards the end of the video. Hoping I am wrong but it seemed like she was trying to pacify the baby using her breast.

@@ShG2022 no. She correct. Grandmother did nurse baby, and mother was looking on at that time listening. She started eating when she heard her MIL nursing baby. Isn't that disrespectful on their culture, or do they allow grandparents to nurse grandbabies?
