My shots naturally shoot 1-2" to the left which is normal for a right hander (the opposite occurs for left handers). After taking a series of shots with a new gun I adjust all shots 2" to the right. I was surprised when Leo aimed dead center of target and hit dead center on his first ever shot of a Roller. Looking back at the footage I realised he shot with two hands bracing the gun which is perhaps why he had no left/right hand grip margin of error. By no means a scientific experiment but interesting nevertheless.

Thanks for that footage mate. I've got a Mannysub 110 with 14mm's. Have missed so many fish as I can't get a proper aim. I've only had less powerful rollers previously so I feel it might be recoil of the bigger gun that messes up my shots, think I shoot low. I'll hopefully set up some testing soon although I don't have access to a pool. Just wondering how do you aim, do you look through the rubbers and muzzle? Also do you have to keep your shooting arm firm or is relaxed also fine? Thanks!!

It’s not the recoil. If it’s a mannysub roller, if anything it’s the lack of recoil. Don’t aim. Just point and shoot with your arm fully extended.

Nice video. I am considering purchase a mannysub 100cm. From some reviews it seems like the mannysub speargun trigger mech sometimes can not scure the shaft. It worries me a lot. I just wonder if you met this before?

Jerry I've never had an issue and if you look at the rest of my videos you'll see I've shot a lot of fish with these guns. Hope this helps.

i have one and it is too complicated for reef diving , takes heaps of getting used to , blue water it would be ok . depends what sort of diving you do . id be prepared to sell mine if your interested . it is an absolute cannon . if you dont click the shaft in hard it can pop out , has happened to me a few times , but this is only user error , not a fault reload takes more time than other guns .
