The quest to review a great new pizza place in Queens is a long and arduous journey; but is well worth it. Amazing slices at this new neighborhood joint, made with top notch ingredients, including imported non-bromated flour, all made by self taught Pizzaiolo Nick Manopella.

"Get your asses over here!" lol. What a wonderful video this was, nicely put together, great closeups of the pizza, and you guys did a great job describing all of those pizzas. I need to review more specialty slices after seeing this! Especially at this place. I will recommend this video on my community page.

Hi Antonio! 💯agree about the ingredients he is using. We had a chat with Nick off camera about the flour he uses in particular. That high quality imported flour is making a difference. You really notice it.

Thin crust pizza 🍕 is my favorite and that thin crust has to be the most beautiful I've seen 😍 I know it won't even come close but I know what I'm having for lunch today 😋

Now I want a NY slice! Made me think of place in the Bronx we would go when visiting the in-laws. May have to hit up Grimaldi's tomorrow. It's the best I can do her in Los Angeles

Would love to know what place in the Bronx, wondering if we have gone there. We had no idea there is a Grimaldi’s Pizza in LA. Coincidentally while walking back to the car we could smell pastries a block away from a Grimaldi’s Bakery in that neighborhood. We will have to go there another time to check it out. @@DanetteandAnthony Didn't make it to Grimaldi's today 😥but maybe during the week. We've had one here for a few years. I'm going to have to ask my son if he knows the name of the place in the Bronx. He lived in NYC after graduation from Hofstra so he may know. (and hopefully has a better memory than his mom 🤣)

Love your reviews and the attention you give to the detailed description of the food. All of the pizzas 🍕🍕 looked good enough to make a person cry when they're eating it!! 😂 I can always tell when you love what you're trying, because both of your faces light up before you say anything. Then, the expressions on your faces and the BIG smiles...tells it all. 😁😁 Mano's seemed like a great experience!!! They are still our top pick for a slice in Queens. Nick is a pizza perfectionist. His 72 hour fermentation, is unheard of in a slice joint. I think this is a place that demands respect. We have to get back there and show you guys. ❤️❤️❤️

Nice thin crust. I like that already. I’m with you, Danette. I like plain pizza - tomato sauce and mozzarella - that’s all you need. Anthony’s slice looked good though, too. Actually, all the pizza slices looked good. The one with the caramelized onions looked good, too, and the ricotta cheese. Yum…. God bless Italians and their good food.

This really is our favorite place in queens as far as pizza goes. The owner Nick, is dedicated to making pizza as good as any you can find. My humble opinion is if this place were in Manhattan or Brooklyn, it would have a cult following. Thanks again for giving our past videos some looks. 😃

All the upside down pizzas are a copy of L&B's in Bklyn...that upside down looks ok ,but not L&B's

You have to go and give it a taste Arthur, I think it is actually different enough that we shouldn't compare. L&B is a wonderful place, but I bet you wont be disappointed. And even if you don't think it is better than L&B, you still have an excuse to go eat more pizza.

I know! We really think this is the best place for pizza in Queens. And we know some people may put up a fight for some other parlors, but we love Mano’s and think they have only one problem. They aren’t close enough to us. 😃❤️. Thanks so much for commenting! ❤️
