Manoir Blackswan | The Beginning 

Manoir Blackswan began with a simple idea, a dream we’ve nurtured for years: to create the architectural heritage of tomorrow. We used salvaged parts from historical buildings, such as hinges, door handles, and lighting fixtures, and incorporated noble materials like various types of marble, copper, wood, and stone that will outlast us and become even more beautiful with time.
What’s next? We are preparing for Phase 2, which will add 11,000 square feet of living space to the current building. This includes a stunning entrance with a 32-foot ceiling and an inviting 13.5-foot arched window door with a balcony. Additionally, there will be an old-world ballroom with an 18-foot ceiling that can accommodate up to 200 people, featuring ornamental plasterwork by local artisans, a commercial kitchen, and many other amenities and rooms designed with a distinguished, timeless style.
The rear section of the building is being cleared out and will be entirely demolished to make way for our new extension.
