Mashable gatecrashes celebrity chef Ranveer Brar's kitchen at Kashkan in Dubai Festival City Mall with our esteemed guest, Manoj Bajpayee. We engaged in a rapid-fire question session and candid conversations with him while he prepared his comfort dish, Aloo ki Bhujiya, for us. His latest film, "Bhaiyaa Ji," is set to release on the 23rd in the UAE, on the 24th in India, and worldwide.

I can't express this in words. Watching my two favourites in a frame is like a treat to watch. I genuinely want them to have a full fledged food tour in the streets of Banaras. Ek Bihari hi samajh sakta hai is Bhujiye ki keemat. Well, that's what I make most of the time and the bhindi ka bhujiya. Bhaiyaji lagta hai bhool gaye parwal ka bhujiya aur aloo-parwal dono ko mix karke banaya hua bhujiya. And it's a mind blowing combination with Rice and Dal. 😋

That is true, sir. Aloo bhugia or bhindi bhugia zardi mein ban jata hai aur swadisht bhi hai. Mera favorite kathal ki sabzi hai. Manoj Bajpayee is awesome.

Whoever is recording sound for this interview doesn't know what they're doing: level setting in a lapel (I'm guessing it is the ew100) is a BASIC thing to know. Please hire a proper sound engineer rather than having some novice do it.

The person asking the question is fake & not a professional. Ofcourse the actor responding is a legend. The reason to give a dislike is for the girl who doesn't know how to compare / question.

Bhaiya ji movie is good but in half of the movie the hero aur unke ghar wale bahut weak ho jate hai and waha se interest kam hone lagta hai but I would say the concept of movie and the based story is very good but the execution in movie is in my opinion not good but the acting of Manoj sir is not questionable as we know
