First time I heard Mr Manoj Jha.. sounds very knowledgeable and every word spoke sense. The appreciation he showered on the book, "Unequal" has brought instant fame to the author, Ms Swati Narayan. I have read the review and the author has made tremendous effort by extensive travel to interior India for writing the book. The treasury benches have received Mr Jha's sermon in a positive manner.

@arindamsil6936 Job creation is a joint process between both State and Central Governments. Neither can do it alone. The State Governments have to take initiative to facilitate industrial and business growth and the Central Government has to support the same with infrastructural development and schemes aimed at increasing employment.
