This is my favourite Jane Austen film that I've seen because the characters are so genuine, and the hero and heroine are so utterly brilliant together :)

First Cousin marriages were not only common, but usually encouraged throughout history. It has only been in the last century that people have moved away from that tradition. Do you remember Sarah and Abraham from the Bible? They were actually half siblings!
i can NEVER like this version of Mansfield Park for the mere reason every time i see Blake Ritson i think of Mr. Elton in Emma (2009) i remember how a little obnoxious brat he was and can't see him as the good guy sorry lol
