Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if they have different reel sets or other variables that come into play when you start your bonus that will on average give poor or better bonuses depending on what you get!

Well, I believe it is true that randomly for certain upgrade bonuses the reel sets chosen may be different, but I wouldn't call that being "fixed", but just game design. Thanks for watching!
