My parents always said learn to manage your energy properly during your day, during your life. Don't live, work, sleep exhausted, but always at a good healthy tempo. If you organize your day, you organize your life properly. They are close to 80 and doing great, are very successful people in their personal lives, business and professionally. I am close to 50 and full of health issues, etc. I never learned the lesson, until now I fully understood it and start working towards achieving it.

I was meditating for years, but I always struggeled with it. I couldnt keep my monkey mind focused. When I discovered the Universal Tao, everything changed. From this point I was making a lot of progress in a short period of time. I started with the 6 healing sounds, the inner smile and the microcosmic orbit. The 6 healing sounds are very good when you come home after work and you have a lot of stress and used energy in your body. You learn to give it to mother earth through you legs and feet and receive new yin energy. The inner smile is very good to turn the energy that you have in your body to positive. Your body starts to regenerate. When the spots you are focusing on start to hurt it is good. The microcosmic orbit helps you to get rid of the energetic blockages/emotional trauma, so you are becoming more the person who you really are. Try it!

Maybe that is one of his sons in video. I did meet one of Mantaks son's at a Retreat in NY state around 1985. His sons name is Max. He was 5 years old or so, so he would be about 40 today! I met Mantaks wife as well. I worked in kitchen cooking under her guidance.

People of today are SO BUSY BEING BUSY, that they don't have the time to just be, to think and relax, to free their mind and actually think what makes them happy. Being happy/positive is a choice. People don't make you happy as such, you can make yourself happy yourself, regardless of circumstances. Find a passion in life and stick to it, make a job out of it, then you will love to wake up every day because you will love what you do. You will not want to go to bed, because you will want to work: that could be writing books ( like me), writing songs, music, painting etc. Doing things you love will make you happy and you will become a happy person that vibrates positive energy, and everyone will want to be around you because of your happy energy/positive energy. Positive attracts positive. Be a positive person that changes the world for the better, but you have to start with yourself, make yourself positive, make yourself happy, BE positive energy. If you lead with a positive mind, you will never be ashamed of yourself. Remember, you have the power to turn bad things into good things. How you react to bad things is your choice. You can immerse yourself in bad feelings or bad thoughts, but they will destroy YOU and others around you as well. Bad things happen to everyone, just choose wisely HOW you react to those bad situations. Truly positive people are still positive REGARDLESS of what life throws at them. Turn negative into positive, make a mental choice, only you can do that, nobody else can do that for you. My hole life I have been obsessed with combustion engines, fire, guns. When I hear anything from a chainsaw to a V8 muscle car fire up I get so excited inside. I always thought I was an engine nerd & geek. Know I realise it’s the energy the way fuel is burned then there’s a shock wave of sound this creates a living drama of the food my brain wants to digest energy, it’s just awesome.

You’re taking away the energy of the source these words came from and watering it down. Let’s watch the words come out of the teacher’s mouth. I appreciate the effort and the time taken, and the upload itself, to help inspire others. Part of me thinks people who do this feel at least some slight pressure to do this to meet certain expectations. If those expectations exist in others, screw their expectations. Those expectations were created from manipulative media entities. There is a point when flashing from generic clip to clip loses its potency and becomes a huge distraction (and irritant), and encourages thought patterning associated with ADD, anxiety, and anticipating “more”...of whatever. Science is so close to understanding and fully realising this but they havent yet grasped energy is conscious and everything is connected. In quantum physics a photon shifts states when we observe it. It changes from a wave to a particle. This may be the missing link to Einstein's unfinished theory of relativity. Unfortunately he refuted the idea because he saw it as to random. I would argue it shows we are not only connected but also co-creators in this world, conscious or not.

For those who may be confused, the master is actually saying the brain (95% of the time) "regulates" the organs of our body, not "recreates".

Too much mental stress drains energy, and is a misuse of the brain obviously. Simple joy is harder to come by for many in modern life. Laughing out of control is an amazing experience that is rare even for children these days I believe. I remember before the days of yoga, and meditation back in the late '70's that aerobics classes were very popular, but I think that type of activity needs to be balanced with a meditative component otherwise you can free up all this energy, but it goes all over the place,and it is like being on drugs. Exercise is a drug I guess, and you can become addicted to it.

What a waste of energy to think that anyone has to grow into anything. Whatever you think you are or want to become is never going to be as refined and pure as what you already are. The inverse of what is being said here is that whatever you are doing is observed by that which isn't doing anything. Even the act of observing is somehow seen from within the presence you call your self. So which one are you? The energy is witnessable. Is the witness observable? If so, then by whom is it witnessed? Discover this and you will find that the Universe is inside your imagination as a reflection of your emotions. That's why you don't see a bunch of people running around waving their hands yelling Shazam! and big piles of money materializing in front of them. The misguided trajectory of these mystery schools teaches people how to interact with a materialistic society for spiritual gain through materialistic interactions. What is more powerful, and consequently the ultimate end, is that you will only ever end up finding your self as the one who experiences the phenomenal qualities of experience. That is to say, you are the experiencer, not what is being experienced. It is all for you, and for the sake of all that is,. You are central to the fulfillment of Life knowing what it means to be alive.
