This mantra is magical.. I listened to it yesterday because I had 102degree fever and no medicine was working. When I listened to it I just slept and when I woke up today my fever was gone. Hey dear I hope you are doing fine It's not easy to overcome from it but still try ,your mother will be at peace seeing you happy I can suggest you some ways 1)adopt a dog(it will keep you calm) 2) start going for a walk/running 3) join yoga classes rather than gym 4) try to interact there with people because people came there for peace and will be friendly for sure 5) if someone does not respond the way you were expecting, don't get anxious Ignore it Happens with us also due to anxiety ,you are not alone Take care dear
