Changed the game , really utilizing the euro step in a very very effective way.. My favorite Spurs player of all time.. I’m from San Antonio and have always been a Spurs fan.. There’s only ever gonna be only 1 Manu.. Thank you #20
I understand how you feel Joseph! Thank you for this nice video. This brought tears to my eyes. Last time I had tears in my eyes was when Manu dunked in game 5 of the 2014 finals. Been my idol since 2008. Living in Europe, I watched so many live playoff games in the middle of the night. I watched nearly every game since 2010. I have only watched the Spurs. I have only watched Ginobili. All moments from this clip, I have seen before and I have watched them many times because I have them in my own Manu video collection on my PC. In 2015 I even visited San Antonio after a 12 hours flight from Amsterdam just to see my idol. He shouldnt be back in time for me to see him because of his bizarre crotch injury that year but ofcourse, despite of what doctors said, he was back right in time :) My one and only sports idol. My personal GOAT. Manu Ginobili.
There are a lot of exciting retired and active players in the nba, but you will realized how he was after you have watched even a single highlights of his.
Im a big fan of manu and watching dis video makes me cry. Im a spurs fan since 2003 and ive been watching manu since den.. Thanks manu for the great opportunity to witness how great u are not only in the court but also as a person. Enjoy ur retirement manu. Hope u visit philippines ;) graciasManu.. ForeverLegend
if he would've had his "own" team, he would've been an mvp several times, scoring champ several times, an all star several times, and also won a few championships. Yes he was that good, he proved it many times he can do it. He is the best international player to ever play in the NBA, he could do same things Kobe and Jordan did. But he was such a great person and champion that he sacrificed all of that for the team that gave him a chance in the best league in the world. He never disrespected Tim Duncan's place or other players. He knew he could do all of that and others knew it too. Michael Jordan was my favorite player but Manu is right there next to him. There will never be another player like Manu.
I still think it’s crazy how our spurs came back the next year and completely obliterated the heat just by simple ball movement on top of that with a lead of like 15-20 points 😎
Too cluch player. Cold blood in his veins. Very intelligent in tough moments. Make a revolution with his heterodox style to play the game. He redefine the 6th man role.
Like I told him when I met Manu. "No te rahes" means "Don't ever give up" or "todo wello" another slag, a friend told me this "Turn me loose". He reminds me of my youth and the All City Team we had in '74.
