Hi all, in this video, I compare the workout intensity of my Progear 190 manual treadmill and my AltraX Fitness AX-T10 electric treadmill while focusing on walking due to past Achilles tendon ruptures in 2010 and 2017.
I share my experience with the endless incline and bodyweight resistance challenges of the manual treadmill, along with the benefits of the electric treadmill's motorized belt for longer and potentially less intense walking sessions.
