I love how much faith you have that I might be able to do this! It makes me believe it’s possible. Maybe. I can do a manual if I’m rolling and relaxed but my trailing leg does wobble sometimes.
The wobbles are your legs getting stronger and helping your brain get used to you doing something new and wild! Keep practicing and you’ll impress the whole hell outta yourself!!! 😁

Thank you for this! I had been practicing these without knowing the name. I find the heel manual is much harder than the toe. But I can hold a heel flare but not a toe ( unless I'm on the wall). Glad I found your videos.
I was so scared to attempt the heels at first!!!! I held on to something, in the beginning, then did really short ones. They slowly get less terrifying 😂
