Manufacturing Of Leaf Spring Complete Process In Factory- Production Of Leaf Spring | #ManufacturingLeafSpring #ProductionLeafSpring #LeafSpringManufacturing
Nice Jobs, 12hours a day, 7 days a week and 3 days holiday per year...unpaid, no health insurance! All the german and `muricas state industriells buying and buying for less money and sell it for a excellent €, do you know what you buy!? Thats it, when human labor is cheaper than expenzive engines... these guys are the hardest people on the world....respect for you all!
I love these videos and the shop life and work being done, but the one thing that strikes me through all of them is how zero effs are given about simple ergonomy,
I am amazed at the old technology and primitive manufacturing processes as well as the scant regard for the employee's safety and health in all of these videos.
Pakistani people work very hard. They are able to produce common maintainence auto parts to keep their trucks going. I wonder if they can produce a whole xar
All these workers are real hero’s, I was almost afraid to watch, they are in constant danger, but they are creating fantastic work, greetings from France 🇫🇷🙏🙏👍👍👍
@@MechanicalCore I agree! But these guys get paid per piece or per ton. They don't get paid by mile or by hour like the west. In order to make a profit they have to overload their trucks, uneconomical as it seems to be.
Would like to know what these leaf springs are use for...my place makes leaf springs..for farming and trucking equipment, ,and none are that tall ...we even make some for military.
I couldn't see the tests carried out to check the load capacity and deformation tests of Leaf springs. The composition of steel and the physical properties testing process have also not been shown in the video. Quality control is the main factor for any production. The top leaf of Leaf spring using Bushings to hold it with chassis through Shackle has also not been seen anywhere. The production process can be further modernized to save human efforts.
Yup. It's just wasting materials, time, electricity and money if no quality control is enforced. Sure they sell a lot more as replacement parts but on the long run... ineficient af
@@imtheeastgermanguy5431 He basically called you an entitled white middle-aged woman, the type that "wants to speak with the manager". I have no idea why though, probably just some kid.
not very well made. hard labor, yes. but just look at the variation after paint. all have variable lengths etc.. with a bit of brain and scraps you could build some very simple jigs that guarantee consistency
temperature?! temperature is where you are going to start?... how about the fact only 1 guy in that whole operation was wearing shoes and they were ragged sports shoes
Strange that so heavy and fairly complex constructions have been replaced in the west with a rubber bag (that can be easily replaced by anyone with a small adjustable wrench) and a small compressor run from the engine.
Try make a homemade air compressor and rubber bags in a house whit dirt floor.. these leaf springs is made to fit in a copy of a truck that we made in 1950-60 in the west. now add freezing climate in kashmir & himalayas. road conditions, zero maintenance and leaf springs does not need any maintenance..
@@johanandersson2165 Freezing is no big problem for air bags. I Drive a truck in Canada, -50c is not unusual during winter in some areas, even in the south, and after watching their incredible ingenuity building a 140lb capable rubber bag (given their location and the history of rubber production) would likely be a doddle. Trucks with air brakes already have a compressor built onto the engine and they have a large enough storage tank (brakes use much more air). The leveling valves are less complicated than the valves on the braking system so they should not present a problem for their skills. Air bags only need replacing when they burst so no maintenance either. but it would probably put a lot of people out of work, so maybe not.
@@davebrown6552 they don't have air brakes.. they mainly use Drum brakes. try manufacture compleate new airpumps & airbags in Pakistan. they don't have same repair shops like in Canada. they have some guys in flip-flops on dirt floor repairing trucks.. there is more maintenance whit airbags.. do you get it ? Pakistan is a developing country.
@@johanandersson2165 Drum brakes on trucks use air even in Pakistan and India (have a look at a brake repair video), it is disk brakes that generally use hydraulics although they have started using air activated disk brakes on trucks recently (they are far less prone to fade when over used) almost all trailers in the US and Canada still use drum brakes. Air bags require NO maintenance except repair when they finally fail (same as with leaf springs or tires). Air bags can generally last the life of a truck or trailer. in over 12 years using a variety of truck and trailers I have only had one fail and that was only because the trailer got hooked onto the dock so the bag was trying to lift up the building.
@@olegvihodets8680 how many sandwhiches does the average worker prepare per hour tho. its not fair to compare the price of 5 minutes of work to an hours wage.
I luv how they were shooting the clear in each other's faces and not a single cough these guys are hard core........hope they are at least using water based chemicals
Last truck with flat leaf springs in Europe was build around 1980. Since than leaf springs installed on large tippers and small trucks have different geometry, thicker in the middle and getting thinner towards ends. Nowdays you can order those flat ones in raw state and wait long time for your oldtimer Steyer, Borgward or Saurer. Then take it to those blacksmiths that are still alive and have gear to bend ends and make them parabolic.
@@swampfolk2526 Leaf springs are still used on rear ends of most 4x4 like Nissan Navarra, UAZ Patriot, Toyota Hilux and on most trucks 3,5t to 7,5t. Dumpers are all leaf springed.
I know these guys work very hard, and their work ethic is off the charts - but every time I watch these videos I am disheartened by both the lack of safety AND the incredibly inefficient processes being used. Watching the two guys pounding the rivets on the shackles was just painful. I wonder how many of these springs fail right at that rivet. A+ for the outstanding Asian Squat by the guy holding the shackle...
I wonder if they have the safety inspector on site to make them wear gloves goggles and masks to keep them safe from toxic fumes. I would not be surprised if most of them have lung problems or worst.
I couldn't driving a heavy duty vehicle with just leaf springs smh... Their truck drivers must have crazy hemorrhoids 😬... I'll appreciate the shocks and airbags more after watching this
