Guys, WTF are you doing? Why to work like this, even though it's mostly a family's business. Send a couple of sons to the college, for example from each brother's family and then let them improve the process and let them work to ease the factory life. OMG... inhaling that sand... how long will a man last at this job until falling with a lung disease?
