@@danieldimond5734 As far as our families, the biggest blessing and most loving thing we can ever do for them is to remain faithful Catholics growing in the Faith and holiness, because through us God opens doors of bigger grace to them. Of course, they remain in free will but these times that we are in demand greater grace and we can be sacrificial servants like Jesus to help provide that. Tough? Oh, yeah! Real Love Is!! As far as comments regarding the present betrayal and corruption in the Church, we must raise our voices with humility, charity and uncompromising courage after daily deeper and deeper repentance and surender before God. Once life caught up with me I turned to God for help. In doing so I turned too hard and too fast. What Im saying is we are not the Holy Spirit. And like the prayer above says, "Do they not belong to Me?" .... And as 1rst Corinthians 12 : 3 says "No one can say Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit". It is God who softens and changes hearts. Our Jobs as faithful Catholic husbands and wives is to Love our spouses and children, to pray for them and to as St Francis said, "Preach the gospel at all times and if necessary use words!" When they see our joy, love, and faith expressed as God intends it to be, God willing He will draw them to Himself. Be gentle and patient in your desire to bring your family to where you are in faith. God is the one who draws people to Himself. It's like an alcoholic who wishes to point out to another alcoholic that he or she needs help. They may be perfectly right in their needing help, but until an alcoholic comes to that place of recognizing their problem, and their taking action to seek help, they most likely won't seek the help and change they need. Again our Job is to Love our spouses and children. Yes it's frustrating and we can even get angry when they don't join us in our faith journey, but when anger gets involved we open the door for the devil to create even greater problems. (Not saying you have gotten angry as I did and defeated any good I sought) No matter what, we are all called to love God first above all things. Life is a gift. Our Spouses and children are gifts. Try and accept the gifts as they are and commit their salvation to the Holy Spirit. God loves them far more than we ever could. Simply Pray for them, maybe fast for them, but TRUST GOD TO DO HIS PART, even if it takes God a bit longer than you would like. I'm divorced now 22 years and live alone. It's not easy living according to the Churches/God's standard of one marriage, when one person walks away. I know it's hard, but some way try and find a way to "let go and let God"! I will keep you and your family in my prayers, please pray for me and my family as well. Remember our spouses and children are gifts that God created for Himself and has loaned them to us for a short while. God bless.

I've been praying a daily rosary in thanksgiving for fr. Ripperger and for his protection. He is not afraid of telling the truth.

I’m a Gen X convert… by the TLM decades ago. The TLM has all the things you mention and is full of young people and families with children.

Vatican 2 happened. Those new "teachings" destroyed true Catholicism. I should say, mostly destroyed. it was insidious, step by step to turn our faith into protestant without us even realizing it. Even "holy" catholics dont see it. The devil has been very busy.

The reason why there is communion in the hand, why there is no communion rail is because of Vatican II and the infiltration of the Masons into the Jesuit order which has in turn infiltrated the whole Catholic Church. I was really convicted of that too.

That is very very sad. Priests like that are responsible for many that fall away.

Traditionally, Catholics were taught that there were 7 gifts of the Holy Spirit: Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety and Fear of the Lord. All require study and reflection, as the meaning of the terms are not easily grasped by 21st century people.
