Hi, I'm having a hard time figuring out how will I automatically send an email for a specific product chosen by the Client. I have seven types of products. Let us say the customer chooses product A. How do I set conditions to send the details to their email for that specific unit when I'm asking for their email address at the end of the flow?
I’m reasonably new to MC. I do have a question though. We’re aiming at utilizing an ESP for sign up through our website and campaigns and then for future involvement with the brands. Instead of using Mailchimp (or the likes thereof) to sign up JUST so we can request people to go back into the flow, can you sign up/opt in to this MC email database externally? Basically instead of Mailchimp sign up form on the website, using a ManyChat sign up form. Or is strictly sign up through Messenger? Hope to hear from you
And then... Once they sign up, can they receive an automated email flow? Welcome letter with exclusive content->2nd email asking for feedback on topics and so on
