Hello. I would like to use a condenser microphone (XLR) and a dynamic microphone (p2) at the same time. Can I leave the 48v on? And how many dB do I have to put?
Hi, when you want to use this on a streaming app are you able to turn off the sound of the microphone in your headphones so you can hear other streamers talking or is it on all the time?
These things are so cheap that you could use two units for two xlr mics if you wanted. You could send one into the other from one of the outputs and send it to the 3.5 mm input of the second unit. The second unit can mix both speakers and then send out to livestream or recorder and both xlr mics / voices will be heard. That’s how I’d do it. Each voice owns one of these and they can be sent into the next device. You could even do this with 3 speakers
I don't know. Your ear phone monitoring constantly sounds distorted and there's a slight delay which sounds like reverb. Plus the highest bit rate your computer can record is 16x48,000 not 24-bit studio quality. Also I'm not sure if you can just plug a USBC microphone in and it work. I'll try it but I don't think that'll work.
Hey you stated that you can have two different types of mics connected at once. Then at 2:20 you stated that the USBc port was for data transmission to a computer or tablet. The only other input that's labeled for a microphone is the 3.5 mm headphone jack and the XLR input. So my question is can you actually use the USBC port for a USBC microphone? Or will I need some type of interface to take my USBC microphone down to a 3.5 mm headphone jack?
I received my interface a week ago and I like it but I can't seem to be able to turn off the mic monitoring at all. If I turn down the monitoring knob it turns down my audio for the computer itself.

Hello. My friend and I want to start a podcast, but we don't have a lot of knowledge about the subject. However, we really want to do it as it is an event we've been wanting to do for a while. What kind of microphone should we choose for a beginner level? Do we have to choose a model with an XLR input? Or will the quality of our recordings increase "wow" significantly compared to USB models? Our budget is a maximum of $500. If you have any models or setups you can recommend, I would be very happy. @@1UpNerdcore I was using rodecaster pro so far, no issues with latency.. But I need to buy something for my own work from home, and was thinking to get maonocaster e2, do you think there is a way to bypass latency? I am just worried it will distract me while recording.. Thanks
@@johnnyjackbiznis run the line out through a $20 headphone amp and see if there’s any delay or zoom recorder. Or just plug the line out into the aux of an amp or Bluetooth speaker, you will find out straight away if the line out has any delay as you speak into the mic. That would be my first point of troubleshooting
Thank you for this thorough video on the AME2. Mine just arrived today and the only issue I'm running into is that the soundpad volume is capped at a certain level (significantly lower than all other channels, even with the pad control all the way up). Any advice or suggestions on how to resolve?
