ingredients:
2 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar (for yeast mixture)
1 1/4 cup lukewarm milk (about 110f-115f) too hot may cause the yeast to die. bread wont rise!
4 cups bread flour (you can use all purpose flour too)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg (must be at room temperature)
4 tablespoon butter ( must be at room temperature) plus more for the filling
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar (for the filling)
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder (for the filling)
chopped bacon (for the filling ) plus more for toppings
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup powdered sugar
