I made this bacon today and it was the best-tasting bacon that I've ever had! It's awesome! I'm in Canada so I have some seriously amazing maple syrup to work with. I'm travelling to visit my family and I'm bringing the recipe with me! Also, your oven trick for making bacon worked miracles! It's the first time I haven't burnt the bacon. Yay!
Hey Sam. I think egg drop soup is delicious, but haven't found anything that brings it to a new level. Feel like that soup with real bacon bits, mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, or whatever would be innovative and delicious. Would love to see your interpretation.
You and I both. I watch my old videos and I can’t believe how crooked I was. Chiropractor saved my life because my leg hurt so bad, I wanted to die... I forgot to watch the recipe, now I have to watch it again
I use Wrights thick applewood smoked bacon, make a glaze of brown sugar and water and just cover the top side...sprinkle cracked pepper on it also then bake at 350 for 25 min. For some reason it tenderizes the bacon and even the fat melts in your mouth...no need to glaze both sides...the best bacon we’ve ever ate!!!
Actually, cooking bacon in the oven is the way restaurants and hotel buffets do it. That's the best way to get the perfect piece of crispy meat candy 😋😋😋😋
How long can I keep this bacon and does it need to be refrigerated? I’m thinking of making it for a “Taste of” event. Just wondering how far in advance I can make it and whether to refrigerate it.
Awesomeness my brother! Thanksgiving WTF in a cup next to rum ham? On my list and your roasted brussel sprouts. Gracias Bracias my brother! Fred Miller, Cpl, USMC
Skip to 2:35 for the beginning of the recipe. Avoid having to listen to him rant about his body, we’re here for the bacon bro, not to hear how much your back is hurting we all got problems 😂😂
It kills me how many people lick their fingers (4:12) and keep cooking without rewashing their hands. The same thing for tasting with a spoon and not getting a new one but continuing to use the one they put in their mouth. Looks like a good recipe though.
Scattered and unorganized, my ass. That's the best part of the whole presentation. Who needs the robotic TV cooking show type presentation when you can have something more akin to what goes on in a normal home kitchen?
