I just finished my Maple skirt by making a narrow machine hem after letting the skirt hang for two days. I was concerned about the bias edges stretching a bit and they did, but not by much. Thanks for the lovely skirt pattern, Sara. A less bulky way to join elastic is to overlap the ends and zigzag, rather than treating them like a seam.

This is lovely. I wonder, is there a pattern also for the last top you are wearing. The dark blue top with the different colors on it?

Apologies if I missed it in the video, but could you please tell me the length the waist elastic should be? I think it would be shorter than than the waistband but I don’t know how much shorter. Thank you!
