Maple Syrup Canadian Low Cost Hobby Evaporator Set Up Before First Boil 

Hi there, is it possible to add a temperature gauge to this unit to know what temp syrup is before pouring?

@@timberstoneranch hot water and vinegar. 50/50 mix. Let it soak, then scrub with a pad. Rinse thoroughly a couple or three times and you’re good to go. Cleans, disinfects and leaves no residue. All natural too. Soap has been known to leave hidden residue that can/will affect the taste and smell of finished syrup, according to veteran sappers.
