Thank youuu! Great guide as always. I'm Night Walker main and making full cygnus boss mules. I really enjoyed wind archer, and I was one of the those who asked you for this video. Thank you very much.
I appreciate the information you provided and found the video you made quite helpful. It's like stumbling upon a destiny channel, isn't it? Haha!. Next, trying to make Luminos please
For the burst, I also like doing one Pinpoint Pierce before the max-power howling gale, just to add the debuff. If you have an explorer thief link skill, you deal more damage to stuff that has been debuffed. also, for many bosses, you can cast Merciless Winds a few seconds before they spawn, and it acts as another burst when all your skills land at once. This is convenient for bosses that quickly activate damage reflect or negate weapon damage (e.g. Pierre, CHT, Vellum -- you can have merciless winds waiting for him when he surfaces, which deals a bigger burst than holding Hurricane down waiting for him). I personally don't like Phalanx Charge very much. It uses up a node that I can use for a buff skill, which seems to add up to more damage. Wind archer is one of my favourite classes. All you do is manage buffs, cooldowns and debuffs while holding down hurricane. It's very brain dead which I like. in contrast, my mercedes keyboard layout is completely full of bindings. Even tho she has a hurricane too, the need to constantly combo is much more stressful. Wind archers also have good mobility IMO. They have an upwards jump which can be used to go up several platforms, they have a double jump, and they have a sideways dash. I find this way better than my NL, which lacks useful upwards jump. mobility is not as crazy as mercedes or aran, but it's all you need in a simple presentation.
Thanks for covering the Fartcher (the green color, and "wind/gust" theme, man). Been hearing about Kain quite a bit lately, would be cool to see your take on how to handle it.
