Can you use a normal Straightner? I buy always my wigs from them but in their discribtion is standing 70-90° so I am not sure where to get a Straightner to do that
That I'm not sure of! I would just take a piece of the wig near the bottom and test it out, so if it doesn't work you can just trim it off the wig and it's not noticeable! The crimper I use has interchangeable plates and I can use the straightener on that, but the temperature I typically use is 180 Celsius and it seems fine! I just don't hold it down for too long a time.
Hey there sorry for the late reply, I just had surgery and haven't been keeping good track of my socials.. So I use a hair razor, specifically the one on Amazon called "Diane Shaper with 3 Guards D2 Stainless Steel" but I do have to say buy a ton of extra razors because they dull out from wigs VERY QUICKLY unfortunately.. as for how I sewed the wig- Basically since it was in braids it was easier, I just did very large stitches around the hair tie and into the wefts/cap of the main wig, and I took some of those stitches into the braid itself and stitched it into the wefts/cap of the wig. I hope that made sense in text form!
