I want to overlay my extracted Water surface on DEM.....Can It be done using Matlab? If not any other software that can overlay Satellite imagery on DEM

Thanks a lot bro. Is there a way to change longitude values of my simple map from this default format (140E 150E.....170E 180E 190E ..200E) a preferred form (140E 150E.....170E 180 170W 160W...100W)?
