This is really cool! Some ideas that come up for simplifying are: no need for the glider nose frame, and the pitch springs can be attached directly to the front and rear wires. So the keel doesn't pitch up and down, only the control frame. Keel could be much shorter than on a real glider. Also you don't need two cross tubes at the top, a single one can do the trick and again the spring could be attached directly between the control frame and the top cross tube. Another possibility I see is instead of having two vertical supports on the side, you could make just one A frame half a meter behind the control frame, with a steel keel inserted in a bearing socket at the rear. Since only the frame has to move for pitch and the keel is fixed, that's all you need, and the roll springs can actuate between the keel tube and the downtubes of the rear support, also made of steel with two longitudinal ground supports.
