Ingredients (5-6 logon ke liye):
Bakre Ke Ghosht ke bade tukde (Haddi ke saath) : ½ Kilo
Kati hui pyaaz : 6 dalli
Adrak Lehsan Ka Paste : 1 ½ Khane ka Chammach
Haldi Powder: 1 Chai Ka Chammach
Kali Mirch Powder: 2 ½ Chai Ke Chammach
Garam Masala Powder: 1 Chai Ka Chammach
Bareek Namak: 4 Chai Ke Chammach
Khane Ka Tel: 5 Khane Ke Chammach
Pudine Ke Patte : 1 Katta
Kata Hua Hara Dhaniya: 1 Katta
Badam: ½ Cup
Kaju - ½ cup
Pista- ½ cup
Tareeka:
1. Pressure Cooker mein tel daliye. Jab tel garam ho jaye, is mein kati hui pyaaz daliye. Pyaaz lal hone tak, tal lijiye.
2. Ab is mein adrak lehsan ka paste daliye. Kuchh der hilaiye, haldi powder, 2 chai ke chammach kali mirch powder, 1 chai ka chammach namak, garam masala powder aur ghosht daliye. Isko achhi tarah se milakar, 2 cup paani daliye. Is mein ½ katta pudine ke patte aur aadha katta kata hua hara dhaniya daliye.
3. Dhakkan dhanp dijiye aur is ghosht ko das minute tak ya chaar siti aane tak pressure cooker mein pakaiye.
4. Dhakkan nikalkar, pani sookh jaane tak isko pakaiye aur achhi tarah se bhoon lijiye. Jab yeh tel chhodne lage, tab badam, kaju aur piste ka grind kiya hua bareek paste daliye.
5. Is mein 1 ½ litre paani, 2 chai ke chammach namak, ½ kata pudine ke kate hue patte, ½ katta kata hua hara dhaniya aur ½ chammach kali mirch powder daliye.
6. Dhakkan dhanp dijiye. Das minute tak isko tez aanch par pakaiye ke is mein ubaal aa jaye. Ab isko 20 minute tak dheemi aanch par pakaiye.
