Maranteng residents demand better service delivery 

Without basic services such as water, housing, and roads, residents of Maranteng near Postmasburg in the Northern Cape, accuse the Tsantsabane Municipality of neglecting them.
Some say they're still waiting for the houses, promised two years ago.
