I’m so sorry that happened to you. I have to say, if you’re getting a designer bag, I would not get from Amazon. Because more than likely, you’re getting a fake / used bag.

Looks like you my dear have unfortunately received a used , or fake bag . I say fake because of the stitching issues . I have 4 leather totes and they are immaculate. I’m sorry for your experience but I couldn’t help but noticed you said here a few times. “I’m not familiar with the bag.” I would never pay that much money on something I am not familiar with or haven’t researched extensively..

For that price I would definitely see if you can get a replacement. That dirt is very noticeable. I’d be so mad, sorry you had this experience 😢💚

Return it. I believe Bloomingdale's and Neiman Marcus have the bag at the moment.

Seems to me from the packaging the way the handbag was not protected. Typically the handles are protected as well as the zipper pulls up and there’s usually so much tissue in them. It seems it to me as if it was secondhand.

I think you got a bag that someone bought and returned.

I can see the dirt too. Maybe it's just me but I'd send it back.....Edited to add...I just saw another unboxing and though it was hard to tell it look like maybe the inside trim is just that way? Not dirty for sure, you should not get a dirty bag from anyone, but it's weird how that bag is made in that way. For the price seems like it would be better made.

Its also missing the dust bag 😕
