I have been listening to the CD; Downhere - Ending is Begining for a few years now. I thought cool it's "Queen". Yesterday I thought I would look this band up especially the singer and I am so glad I did. I grew up listening to Queen. I had no idea this was going on with the man I now know as Marc Martel. Hearing him gives me shivers as his voice has become so close to Freddy's. The band Downhere was formed in Saskatchewan where I grew up and I think Marc must be on a very special journey and can't wait to see where it leads in God. He has been given a very uncanny gift and miracle. I have listened to a few ELVIS impersonators and none are as close to the real thing as this.

Un excelente concierto.... y me fui al concierto en Puebla al CCU... le encanto a mi esposa y a mi todo desde los coros hasta orquesta y que decir de Marc Martel escuchar a Freddie Mercury

Sinceramente no sabía nada de Marc Martel e investigando en RU-vid me entero que fué el que puso su voz para la pélicula Bohemian Rhapsody. Comencé a ver los videos de este gran cantante, sus inicios y me dejó helado porque no es que lo imita a Freddie Mercury, su registro y calidad vocal es idéntico. Yo no entiendo porque Brian May y Roger Taylor no lo convocaron para rearmar Queen, y no lo digo porque por la voz que tiene Marc suplante al gran Freddie porque eso no lo podrá hacer nadie jamás, sino para darnos esa sensación de que Freddie Mercury regresó o reencarnó su voz en este cantante privilegiado. No sé porque lo eligieron a Adam Lambert. No digo que cante mal, porque también es muy buen cantante, pero Queen necesita grabar nuevos discos con esta voz reencarnada de Freddie en Marc Martel. Queen volvería a ser una gran banda. Y hasta John Deacon volvería a tocar el bajo. Pienso que en algún momento tendrá que pasar, y si no es asi, en realidad para mi Marc Martel no necesita ni de Brian May ni de Roger Taylor para ser famoso, ni siquiera el gran Freddie Mercury si hubiera sido cantante solista, no hubiera necesitado a Queen para ser una leyenda. Porque Queen a pesar que Brian May, Roger Taylor y John Deacon aportaban lo suyo que es maravilloso, la fuerza y el despliegue escénico era Freddie Mercury. Es mi opinión. Este recital es espectacular y cerrando los ojos, es Freddie el que canta, que bajó del cielo y reencarnó en Marc Martel para deleitarnos una vez más con su incomparable y hermosa voz. Y este recital sinfónico no estaba Queen, sino músicos que no tienen nada que envidiarle a Brian, Roger y John. Y una orquesta sinfónica de primerísimo nivel. La verdad un hermoso video para verlo muchas veces y disfrutarlo. Felicitaciones a quién lo publicó.
