You were miss chatty tonight. haha I love it!!! I'm listening while I sit here decorating my planner. I am now setting up Erin Condren A5 rings 2024 dated life planner in my own rings cover. I love the HP classic I was using also. I just can't seem to settle this year. I love them all! lol I would have been so upset about those doctors just dismissing your issues about the depo shot. Geez. Obviously that much weight gain, that fast was from the shot. You might feel unhealthy, which I can relate to, but I seriously doubt you are like near having a heart attack stage. It just feels like it if you need to lose weight and stuff. You are healthy, just make some adjustments and lose some body fat, and you will stay healthy. I know I am just blurting this all out. haha I have said this to myself a thousand times. Congratulations on walking, and taking charge of exercising! That is so awesome. I walked on the treadmill twice last week. lol That is as far as it went. ugh I need consistency. For the past week I have been dealing with horrible siatic nerve pain in my left leg. The pain is so bad. My hydrocodone, ibuprofin, alcohol, heat, anything I try won't help the pain. My pain doctor called and scheduled my next back injection, but the earliest appointment is April 4th. My primary has no appointments and told me to go to urgent care, which I didn't do. However, tomorrow morning I am getting up early, packing water, some magazines, and my fully charged phone and going to the ER, hopefully not for the day. lol I don't want any pain meds, they don't work. What I want is some sort of a nerve shot, or a round of prednisone, or something to stop this flare up. I go to Oregon in a week and half, for two weeks. I need to be better. I used to say my intentions to people about losing weight, like you did tonight. I stopped doing it though, because it would just embarrass me over and over when I didn't follow through. I don't mind doing with one on one with a support buddy, or a small group, but I'm done announcing anything on Facebook, etc. haha Let me know how you are doing with it! Those stickers are gorgeous. I’ve heard those stories of weight gain with birth control. Hope it all gets better.

I have a wonderful pocket size fountain pen I love from Schon DSGN. Actually have two - one fountain pen and one regular. The TC one always looks nice but not a fan of brass and how it changes or smells 😂
