Hi FiFi. First, i am new to commenting and lost one of my comments 😅. I finished "the lady gets lucky " and it is now one of my Top Couples of all time. Nothing beats tessa dare, "The Duchess Deal," but this couple is awesome. I love romances when not only the heroes desperately pursue the heroine, but the heroine goes after the hero as well. The scene at the funeral almost broke me because it showed how much Alice loved Kit. Writers always have the man chase after the heroes, but you need both chasing after each other to make a great love story. Which is why i loved Kit and Alice. I told you i like knockout by sarah maclean. It is a part of the Hell's Belles series. You don't have to read the books before, but i would recommend reading at least "Heartbreaker " first because you can see how the heroine really liked the hero before they got their book. It makes it that much more rewarding. I saw a lot of similarities with scoundrel of her own. It has action and angst, so i think you will enjoy it. Thanks again. Nikki
I'm so glad you like them. Alice and Kit are one of the few couples who pop into my head randomly. They are just a perfect fit for each other. I love getting recommendations so I'll check out Knockout. If its got Scoundrel of her Own vibes I can't NOT read it. Thanks for watching!
